Call it a misuse of the term, but I’m looking for someone who has experience with mastering and is also willing to work for free, pro bono. The plus is you get to have your name on the release(s), more credentials to add to your portfolio and, of course, you get to have a great time tweaking music and being the man or woman behind a pressed, finished product.

Your message should express an interest in pro bono mastering and it should include an example of your past experience (say, 2-3 songs that follow each other on a project).
